A camera on the bell in front of a house in New York filmed the end of a high-speed police chase, showing how a vehicle overturned twice before crashing into a tree, video shows.
Javar Marshall, 21, and Nasir Shifano, 19, were in the black SUV at the time of the incident and were later arrested, the Rochester Police Department said. The incident happened in the Rochester neighborhood on Wednesday, around 16:30, the WHEC reported.
The video shows the black jeep turning fast on the street when it hits a pedestrian vehicle, causing it to get out of control and overturn.
The vehicle is rolling down the street before crashing into a tree and stopping, the video appears to show.

The video was originally uploaded to Reddit, where it went viral, the New York Post reported.
“It looked like a movie, like a scene from a movie,” Sean Irizari, a neighborhood resident, told the local newspaper Rochester First.
“I heard a squeak to hear the car accident, and I ran to the front of the alley and then (saw) the car overturned right in front of the alley,” the resident added in the report. “The cops stopped and they came out with their weapons out, and that made me want to – well, I just ran away.”
A Twitter user commented: “This scene would have taken the Hollywood director 3 days and $ 5 million to fix.”
